How do I place an order?

a. Browse the products and add to cart. b. Navigate to Check out page. c. Enter your personal details. Delivery address, contact number etc. d. Select the Payment method as card or bank transfer. e. Double check accuracy of the submitted information. And place the order.

I have placed my order. What’s next?

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email . Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours on a working day or as soon as possible. We will be handing over your order to a 3rd party courier service. And they will deliver within 1-2 weeks. They will contact you in advance to the delivery, please be kind enough to answer the phone. If there is any delay, do let us know by dropping an email to knock@zigzag.lk with your order id or simply reply to your order confirmation email with the issue.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

Customer care agent informed me that there is an issue with an item which I have ordered. What will be the next steps ?

We are really sorry if such inconvenience happened to you. Our customer care will inform you such issue if the store holds the item due to a damage, missing item or system issue etc. It would be a rare incident. Steps we will take is as below.
1. We will first inform you.
2. We will send the rest of the items. For the value of the item not sent we can either give you
A). A coupon code for the value of the item & delivery charge to use in a future order.
B). If you inform us an item we can send it with the initial order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please reply to your order confirmation email and specify the issue that you are facing. We will attend to it immediately.

Can I exchange ?

Do you have any issue with the delivery and you need to exchange? You can exchange items in the original condition with packaging from 30 days of purchasing. Sale & discounted items will not be exchanged. Exchange is possible only ONCE. Please email us on knock@zigzag.lk. Kindly mention that it is an “international order“ in the subject line with the order number. We would be grateful to hear the reason for exchanging the item as well. Keep the labels and tags with the product (attached) and return with the original receipt. Please send the return package to the below address. Return courier charges should be paid by the customer. Zigzag(Pvt.) Ltd, Oviklo warehouse complex, 18/1F, Duwawatta, Buthgamuwa Road, Kotikawatte, Sri Lanka. Once the goods are received, we will check and approve for the exchange. You will be provided a coupon code for the value of the return goods to redeem against your next purchase. Please note that purchases and shipping charges are non- refundable.

Credit Card: any VISA, MASTER credit cards and American express cards.
Debit Card: Online activated debits cards only.
Please note that we do not have credit card payment on delivery with us at the moment.

Can i know the shipping charge ?

Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page, based on different factors such as the destination location, products that has been ordered, package size & weight etc. Please note that the charges are subjected to change at any given time.

Will there be any other charges ?

Please note that we are not collecting any duties & taxes fees from the customer when placing the order. As we are following Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) method, If there are any charges (Tax/ Duties) relevant to the destination country, it should be paid to the courier upon delivery by the customer.

PROMOS & DISCOUNTS

What is a promo codes?

Promo Codes are for all you lovely shopaholics to make your shopping experience more interesting as occasionally, we would be sending some of the best deals your way! It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts on your purchases. These can only be used for orders placed through our web site.

What is the minimum order value for application of promo code?

Different promo vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.

What products can I purchase with the promo codes?

We are happy to offer you promo vouchers which can be used across full priced products. However, at times we issue special vouchers applicable on one or more special categories only. Your voucher code will come with all the relevant instructions.

Can I use a promo code more than once?

Generally, vouchers can be used only once, but special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.

Is there validity date for promo code?

Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher post that you received.

How do I use a promo code?

After adding items to your shopping cart, navigate to the checkout page. After entering all the details apply coupon code in the discount code section. If the promo code was successfully entered you will be able to see the deduction of the total in “Review Your order” section.

Why doesn't my promo code work?

- Please copy and paste the voucher code as it is case sensitive. - Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated for the voucher. - Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received. - Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category. - Please see whether you have already used the coupon code - If it is still not working please send us an email to knock@zigzag.lk, we will be happy to assist you.

Can I use several promo codes in 1 order?

Sorry, only one code can be added per order.

Are products brought from a promo codes are exchangeable?

Generally yes. Depending on the voucher type it might differ. Your voucher email would have the more details regarding exchanges.

Are discounted products are exchangeable?

Discounted products are not exchangeable.

CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel my order?

You can inform us through email (knock@zigzag.lk), call ( 94775887553 ). Please be kind enough to inform us before the package is handed over to the courier(before 12 hours of placing the order). Upon cancelling a paid order, we would be able to issue you a coupon code for the value that you have paid, and this could be used in future purchases.

I have already made the payment, will I get a refund?

Sorry, the payment is not refundable. If you need to change the ordered products, please inform us or we will issue you a coupon code for the value which you have paid, to use in future orders.

DELIVERY

How many days does it take for the delivery to happen?

We are doing our utmost best to deliver the package to you asap. Due to different reasons the delivery might get delayed. Hence we are unable to promise you a delivery date. Currently, due to covid19 pandemic situation the delivery will happen within 1-2 weeks

What is the delivery process ?

Once the order is handed over to the courier, we will be emailing you a tracking number. If you have not received any, please email us at knock@zigzag.lk. If possible please mention “ International shipping” in the subject line so that we can reply to you asap. Please make sure to give a reachable number as the courier may try to contact you upon delivery. Courier will try 3 delivery attempts with proper communication with you. In failure or refusal to accept the delivery, please check with the delivery company of a way to receive the package if possible ( either you would be able to pay a surcharge of the 4th attempt and get deliver or pick up from the depot). If not it will result in the goods being destroyed and purchases are strictly non-refundable and we will not be responsible for the package.
